Pre-Concert Activities & Instrument Petting Zoo

Prior to the Lakeside Symphony Orchestra’s opening night concert on Thursday, July 27, children of all ages are welcome to take part in music-themed games, art projects, a group mural, a music video station and an instrument petting zoo to learn more about the sounds of the symphony.

Starting at 6 p.m., activities will be centered around interactivity, exploring the members of the orchestra and preparing families for the orchestra concert.

This Lakeside Symphony Orchestra’s opening night concert is the perfect family experience to introduce children of all ages to the LSO. The featured soloist is Mingyao Zhao, cello.
