Beach Walk
Certified reflexologist Dawn Cordero leads a Beach Walk session from 9-10 a.m. on Saturdays from June 1-Aug. 31. The walk is in two 30-minute sessions.
Lakeside’s sandy and rocky waterfront beach are amazing for bare feet. This half-hour session releases tension in the feet, body and mind. Many leave this Beach Walk feeling like they’ve had a full-body massage.
