Beach Walk
Certified reflexologist Dawn Cordero leads Beach Walk sessions at 9:30 a.m. Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays until June 7.
Lakeside’s sandy and rocky waterfront beach are amazing for bare feet. This half-hour session releases tension in the feet, body and mind. Many leave this Beach Walk feeling like they’ve had a full body massage.
