
Chair Yoga
Join Linda Green for Chair Yoga from 10-11 a.m. Saturdays, Sept. 10-Nov. 19 in the Wellness Center Drackett Hall. Please note: Sept. 24 class held in Train Station; Oct. 22 class held in Fountain Inn Aigler Room.
To participate in the class, please purchase a Fall Fitness Class Pass for $90/person at the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., or pay a $10/class drop-in fee (cash only) at the Wellness Center prior to the start of class.
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is especially suited for those who prefer not to be down on the floor. All yoga exercises and postures will be done seated in a chair or standing, using the chair to aid with support and balance. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, circulation, and stress reduction. This class offers a well-rounded variety of yoga poses, breathing work and relaxation techniques designed to leave you with a sense of well-being. Any attire is appropriate.
