Gentle Hatha Yoga
This is a high-intensity class in short bursts, but students can easily participate with no or low impact. It is the most efficient form of cardiovascular training and increases endurance for other fitness activities. Mostly without equipment (bodyweight), but classes will be varied to also include hand weights for upper body conditioning. All levels welcome. Dress in comfortable layers, bring your mat, and a bottle of water. Limited mats and blocks are available for use.
