Movie: “Big Miracle”
Orchestra Hall enjoys the distinction of being the only movie theater on the Marblehead Peninsula and Ottawa County. It is a historic theater to watch new and classic films.
Lakeside will feature the movie “Big Miracle” at 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 9. The movie is free, but Lakeside Chautauqua values donations to support these types of programs.
This 2012 romance drama stars John Krasinski and Drew Barrymore. Set in small-town Alaska, news reporter Adam Carlson recruits his Greenpeace volunteer ex-girlfriend Rachel Kramer for a campaign to save a family of gray whales trapped by rapidly forming ice in the Arctic Circle. (PG, 1h 47m)
