Picnic in Perry Park

For over 20 years, Wednesday has been an exciting day at Lakeside with a special picnic in the park for Lakesiders and guests of all ages to enjoy. Join the leaders of God Squad, MGM, and the Teen Ministry programs as they cook hot dogs, sing songs, and participate in summer games! The fun begins at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays in Perry Park.

Meal includes grilled hot dogs, baked beans, macaroni salad, watermelon, chips, cookies, water, and lemonade.

This picnic is a zero-waste event. Guests are encouraged to bring reusable plates, utensils, and cups. As an alternative, compostable products are provided. Guests are asked to contribute a freewill offering for their meal. In the case of inclement weather, the picnic will be cancelled.
