Laugh it up and groove to the beats with your friends at Lakeside. Drop in to dance while enhancing your flexibility, range of mobility, strength and balance.
Stretching and repetitive choreography to various music genres will get your heart pumping in just 45 minutes. All ages and skill levels are welcome to join the fun.
