Join Antoinette Horn for self-care wellness practices that include Tai Chi Easy forms, breath work, self-applied massage and meditation to support health, vitality and inner peace. These practices may be done seated or standing. No prior experience necessary.
During the summer, the class meets on select Wednesdays from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Pavilion West Deck.
In the case of inclement weather, the class will move to the Pavilion Upper Room. For announcements, check the ‘Event Changes’ button on Lakeside’s homepage.
