Thai Massage is gentle and supportive stretching that incorporates intentional acupressure in the muscle tissues to calm the mind and release tension in the body.

No experience is needed for this wellness class. Mats are available for use. Feel free to bring a pillow or blanket for your added comfort. Suggested donation $5.
