America’s hottest illusionist, Jason Bishop, returns to the stage of Hoover Auditorium for a night of mesmerizing magic and illusion at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 7.

Bishop’s state-of-the-art show combines fast-paced illusions, sleight of hand tricks, innovative audience participation and even close-up magic projected onto screens.

Bishop is an international, award-winning illusionist. He’s the youngest person to win the Magician’s Alliance of Eastern States Stage Award and one of the youngest people to compete in the Society of American Magicians World-Class Competition.

In college, he studied theatre and then went on the road to perform at resorts and amusement parks; anywhere he could find an audience, including the street. The Jason Bishop Show now tours as the most dynamic illusion and magic show in the U.S.

The show wouldn’t be complete without Bishop’s talented lead assistant, Kim Hess. Performing illusions alongside the magician and assisting with audience members, Hess is a vital part of the show’s success.

Together, Bishop and Hess have traveled from California to New York and Mexico to Sweden, as well as every state and many countries in between, to bring their magical show to enthusiastic audiences.
